Instructions
- For the sauce, chop finely the cucumbers.
- Mix the mayonnaise with the cucumber, mustard, garlic powder, paprika powder, white wine vinegar and onions.
- Preheat the contact grill.
- Season the minced meat to taste and form into 6 patties.
- Wash the lettuce and tear it into small pieces.
- Grill the patties in the contact grill and then place them on a sandwich disc.
- Cover the other slice with 2 cheddar slices as well as the dressing and the lettuce and seal.
