Ingredients

  • 9 slices of toast
  • 500 g ground beef
  • 1 lettuce
  • 12 slices of cheddar cheese
  • 200 g mayonnaise
  • 3 pickles
  • 3 tbsp French dressing
  • 2 tsp mustard Medium hot
  • 1 teaspoon paprika powder hot
  • 1 tsp white wine vinegar
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  • For the sauce, chop finely the cucumbers.
  • Mix the mayonnaise with the cucumber, mustard, garlic powder, paprika powder, white wine vinegar and onions.
  • Preheat the contact grill.
  • Season the minced meat to taste and form into 6 patties.
  • Wash the lettuce and tear it into small pieces.
  • Grill the patties in the contact grill and then place them on a sandwich disc.
  • Cover the other slice with 2 cheddar slices as well as the dressing and the lettuce and seal.
