Whisking up a storm to achieve that dreamy, airy texture. Get ready for cake perfection!

Start with the best ingredients—fresh pandan leaves, quality coconut milk, and premium rice flour lay the foundation for an authentic treat. Let the pandan leaves work their magic, infusing the coconut milk with a sweet fragrance that captures the essence of Thai cuisine.

Finding the perfect balance between sweetness and pandan flavor is an art. Adjust sugar levels to your liking, creating a harmonious blend that resonates with your taste buds. Sift the rice flour for a smooth batter, ensuring an airy, fluffy texture that delights with every bite.
