  • 4 hot dogs
  • 4 buns
  • 8 slices of bacon
  • 100 g Cheddar grated
  • 100 g Jalapeno Cheese Cream
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 teaspoon garlic squeezed

Instructions

  • Turn on the contact grill.
  • Melt the butter and mix with the garlic.
  • Brush the outside and inside of the rolls with the butter.
  • Cut into the hot dog sausages.
  • Cook the rolls until they are browned.
  • Cook the sausages until they are warm and browned.
  • Top the hot dog buns with the sausages, onions and the cream, sprinkle with the cheddar and put this in the contact grill until the cheese runs.
