Ingredients
- 1 cup of water
- 4 eggs
- ½ cup quinoa
- 1 1/2 cups water
- ½ tablespoon coconut oil
- 1/16 teaspoon salt
- ½ cup almond butter
- 1 cup diced banana
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Combine quinoa, water, coconut oil, salt in an Instant Pot.
- Lock lid in place and turn the valve to Sealing. Press the Pressure Cooker button and set the cook time for 5 minutes at High Pressure.
- Open the Instant Pot to use natural pressure release. Stir in almond butter.
- Divide quinoa mixture among 2 bowls. Top with banana, and drizzle with honey. Sprinkle with cinnamon, and serve immediately.
