  • 1 cup of water
  • 4 eggs
  • ½ cup quinoa
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • ½ tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1/16 teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup almond butter
  • 1 cup diced banana
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon


  1. Combine quinoa, water, coconut oil, salt in an Instant Pot.
  2. Lock lid in place and turn the valve to Sealing. Press the Pressure Cooker button and set the cook time for 5 minutes at High Pressure.
  3. Open the Instant Pot to use natural pressure release. Stir in almond butter.
  4. Divide quinoa mixture among 2 bowls. Top with banana, and drizzle with honey. Sprinkle with cinnamon, and serve immediately.
