Step 2: Prepare the quesadillas Lay out a tortilla on a flat surface. Sprinkle a layer of shredded cheese on one half of the tortilla. Add your chosen fillings on top of the cheese, then sprinkle another layer of cheese on top of the fillings. Fold the other half of the tortilla over to cover the fillings.

Step 3: Cook in the oven Brush both sides of the prepared quesadillas with olive oil. Place them on a baking sheet. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees C (360 degrees F) for about 10-15 minutes or until the tortillas are crispy and the cheese is melted, flipping once halfway through.

Note: The cooking time and temperature may vary depending on your oven.

Step 4: Serve These quesadillas are best served hot. Cut each quesadilla into wedges and serve with your choice of salsa, guacamole, or sour cream.

About Quesadillas

Quesadilla
The quesadilla ready to be grilled on the indoor grill

Our Quesadillas are a perfect blend of melted cheese and a variety of fillings, all encased in a perfectly grilled tortilla. The indoor grill gives the quesadilla a crispy exterior while keeping the inside soft and flavorful.

Indoor Grill Cooking Tips

  • Preheat your grill: This ensures even cooking and a perfect crust.
  • Choose the right tortilla: A sturdy tortilla like flour or corn works best for quesadillas.
  • Layer wisely: Don’t overload the quesadilla; it could make it difficult to flip.
  • Flip carefully: Use a wide spatula to flip the quesadilla for an even crust.
  • Clean after use: Regular cleaning prevents buildup and maintains the quality of your grill.

Serving Suggestions

  • With a side of salsa: A classic pairing for any quesadilla.
  • Paired with guacamole: The creamy avocado dip complements the crispy quesadilla.
  • Alongside a bowl of chili: A hot bowl of chili makes for a comforting meal.
  • With a glass of margarita: A refreshing drink to complement the meal.
  • Served with sour cream: For an extra tangy kick.
