Ingredients

  • 500 g beefsteak tomatoes
  • 1 bunch of spring onions
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 160 g mountain cheese
  • 8 wheat tortillas

Instructions

  • Turn on the contact grill.
  • Wash and halve the tomatoes, remove the seeds and dice the pulp.
  • Clean the spring onions and cut into rings.
  • Peel and chop the garlic.
  • Mix everything with salt and pepper.
  • Grate the cheese.
  • Cover each half of the tortillas with the tomato mixture and the cheese. Close with the other half and fold again. Then place on the contact grill and cook for 3-5 minutes.
