  • 4 scallops fresh
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 teaspoon paprika powder hot
  • ½ lemon
  • 2 tsp wild garlic
  • 8 wooden skewers


  • Thaw the prawns and salmon.
  • Soak the skewers briefly in water.
  • Rinse the scallops and pat dry.
