Ingredients

  • 500 g prawns ready to cook frozen
  • 4 wild salmon fillet frozen
  • 4 scallops fresh
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 teaspoon paprika powder hot
  • ½ lemon
  • 2 tsp wild garlic
  • 8 wooden skewers

Instructions

  • Thaw the prawns and salmon.
  • Soak the skewers briefly in water.
  • Rinse the scallops and pat dry.
  • Put the oil and spices in a bowl and stir, the bowl should be big enough for the skewers.
  • Place the salmon, prawns and the scallops on the skewers, place them in the marinade and let them stand in the refrigerator for 4 hours.
  • Turn on the contact grill.
  • Cook the skewers on the contact grill, grilling for about 5- 8 minutes.
