  • 8 slices of toast
  • 16 bacon strips
  • 300 g Cheddar in one piece
  • 200 g Gorgonzola
  • 60 g jalapenos in rings
  • 4 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp herbs of the provinces

Instructions

  • Turn on the contact grill.
  • Fry the bacon until crispy and drain on paper towels.
  • Cut the cheddar into thin slices.
  • Divide the gorgonzola in two.
  • Brush four slices of toast with mayonnaise and season with the herbs.
