  • Coat the tuna fillet in soy sauce, salt, pepper and rosemary.
  • Rub 1 tsp of sesame seeds on both sides.
  • In a grilling pan, add the butter and grill the peach for 2 minutes per side. Transfer them to a plate. Grill the tuna for 3 minutes per side.
  • Cut into slices and set aside.
  • Combine the avocado, red onion, parsley, and red chilies in a bowl.
  • Add the tuna and peach on top. Add lime wedges.
  • Add lime juice, sesame seeds and more seasoning on top. Serve.

If you don't have time to prepare a three-course meal, consider preparing the tuna with mango peach salsa and avocado salsa. These two ingredients can easily be blended together and taste delicious.
