  • Coat the tuna fillet in salt, pepper, and soy sauce.
  • Rub the sesame seeds on the tuna fillet.
  • In a grilling pan, add the oil and place the tuna fillets. Grill for 3 minutes per side.

  • Grill the avocado slices for 2 minutes per side.
