Mandarin Style Fried Rice

Ingredients

  • Some Oil Canola Variety
  • 3 Eggs Large in Size and Beaten Lightly
  • 2 tablespoons Garlic Minced
  • 2 tablespoons Ginger Minced
  • 1 Bunch Scallions Fresh and Finely Chopped
  • 4 Strips Bacon Finely Diced
  • 8 Cups Rice Long Grain Variety and Fully Cooked
  • 3 tablespoons Soy Sauce Your Favorite Kind
  • ½ teaspoon Pepper White in Color and For Taste
  • Dash of Salt For Taste

Instructions

  • Use a large sized wok and add in your oil. Set over medium heat and once your oil begins to shimmer add in your eggs. Cook until thoroughly scrambled. Remove and set aside for later use.
  • Using the same wok add in some more oil. Once the oil is hot enough add in your garlic and ginger. Fry for at least a minute before adding in your scallions and strips of bacon. Cooked thoroughly until your bacon is fully cooked through.
  • Then add in your rice and stir thoroughly to combine.
  • Add in your favorite kind of soy sauce, dash of white pepper and scrambled eggs. Stir to thoroughly mix and serve whenever you are ready.

Notes

While cooking rice, you should make sure that the oil is piping hot and the rice is covered. If the rice starts sticking to the pan, use a large spoon to stir the rice constantly. If you don't stir the rice enough, it won't cook evenly. If you add too much water, you'll end up with sticky, overcooked rice. You can also use less water if you want your fried food to cook faster.
