Tofu Casserole by Air Fryer

Tofu is a plant-based protein that is a healthy addition to any dinner menu. It is naturally gluten-free, low in calories, and high in heart-healthy isoflavones, which are found in soy. It also absorbs flavors well, making it a great choice for vegan and vegetarian cooking. You can make tofu casserole in the oven, and then reheat it for serving.
