  • Clean the pointed cabbage, remove the outer leaves and remove the stalk. Cut the rest into thin strips.
  • Wash the peppers and remove the core with the seeds, cut the peppers into thin strips.
  • Wash the tomatoes, quarter them and remove the seeds, cut the pulp into cubes.
  • Wash and grate the carrots.
  • Preheat the contact grill.
  • Mix the oil with the yogurt, milk, mayonnaise, parsley, vinegar and salt and pepper. Add the cabbage, peppers, tomatoes and carrots and stir.
  • Cut the salmon into 24 pieces and layer them alternately on a skewer with the prawns.
  • Mix the lemon juice with salt and pepper and brush the skewers with a brush. Then cook for 5 minutes on the contact grill.
