Instructions

  • Turn on the contact grill.
  • Wash and dry the lemon, then cut into thin slices.
  • Wash and drain the thyme.
  • Coarsely grate the garlic with the peel.
  • Fill the sea bream with the lemon, garlic and thyme.
  • Incise the skin at a slight angle.
  • Put the fish in a fish grill and cook on the contact grill for 15 minutes.
  • Cut the fennel into quarters.
  • Cut the tomato into quarters.
  • Put both on the grill with the sea bream.
  • Cook until you get nice grill marks.
  • Salt and pepper before serving.
