Ingredients

  • 150 g paprika grilled out of the glass
  • 4 slices of toast
  • 4 slices of salami
  • 200 g Gorgonzola
  • 2 stalks of basil chopped

Instructions

  • Turn on the contact grill.
  • Drain the peppers.
  • Cut the rind off the toast slices.
  • Place the salami and peppers on two slices each.
  • Cut the gorgonzola into thin slices and spread on top.
  • Cover with the other slice of bread.
  • Place the toast slices in the contact grill and cook until nice grill marks appear and the Gorgonzola melts.
