Instructions

  • Turn on the contact grill.
  • Clean the peppers and remove the core and the stalk. Cut the peppers into strips.
  • Wash and drain the rocket.
  • Cover the bread slices with tartar sauce, rocket, paprika, ham and parmesan. Cover with the other slice and grill in the contact grill for 4 minutes.
  • Then cut the panini into strips and serve.
