Ingredients

  • 4 rump steak a 120g
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 2 onions red
  • ½ bunch of spring onions
  • ½ can kidney beans
  • ½ can of corn
  • 160 g Gouda cheese grated
  • 1 avocado
  • 2 cloves of garlic pressed
  • ½ chili pepper chopped
  • 1 lime juice
  • 4 tortilla flatbreads
  • 4 tbsp sour cream

Instructions

  • Heat the contact grill.
  • Season the rump steaks with salt and pepper and cook Medium for 3 minutes on the contact grill. Then cut into strips.
  • Peel the onion and cut into strips.
  • Wash the spring onions and cut into rings.
  • Drain the corn and kidney beans.
  • Halve the avocado, remove the stone. Mash the pulp with the lime juice, garlic and chili with a fork and mix.
  • Cover half of a tortilla flat sheet with 1/6 rump steak strips, onion, corn, kidney beans and cheese. Place the other side on top and cook the flatbreads in the contact grill until the cheese runs.
  • Serve everything with the guacamole.
