Instructions

  • Turn on the contact grill.
  • The ciabatte diagonally crosswise, the distance should be about 1.5cm. The ciabatta should not be cut through.
  • Cut the Gouda into 2 cm wide cubes.
  • Peel and chop the garlic, then mix with the oil and herb butter.
  • Pull the incised areas apart in one direction in the ciabatta and insert a Gouda cube each.
  • Fill the incisions in the other direction with the herb butter.
  • Put the ciabatta in the contact grill until the Gouda has melted nicely.
