Instructions

  • Mix the dry yeast with the water.
  • Knead the flour, salt, oil and yeast mixture together, cover with a tea towel and let rise for 1 hour.
  • Scatter some flour on a work surface and knead the dough again.
  • Turn on the contact grill.
  • Roll out the dough and make flat cakes that are handsized.
  • Place the grilled bread on the grill plates and cook there until they are nicely browned.
