Ingredients

  • 1 ciabatta
  • 250 g mozzarella
  • 8 tbsp basil pesto
  • 1 handful of fresh basil
  • some olive oil
  • 1 pinch of salt & pepper

Instructions

  • Turn on the contact grill.
  • Cut the mozzarella and tomatoes into small pieces.
  • Cut the ciabatta in half and brush with basil pesto.
  • Cover the ciabatte with tomato and mozzarella, season with salt and pepper.
  • Apply some oil to the ciabatte with a brush, from the outside.
  • Place the bread in the contact grill and heat until the mozzarella has melted
