Instructions

  • Turn on the contact grill.
  • Season the minced meat with salt and pepper and then divide it into two equal pieces.
  • Put the minced meat in the contact grill.
  • Halve the bacon strips.
  • If the minced meat mixture is bloody, cover with cheddar and bacon, the bacon should cover the cheddar so that it does not stick.
  • Close the lid again and finish cooking.
  • Brush the tortillas with mustard and ketchup, cut the cucumber into small pieces and spread on top.
  • Place the minced meat on top and fold in the tortillas on both sides and roll up.
  • Briefly place the wraps on the contact grill and roast them until light grill marks can be seen.
