  • In a skillet set over medium to high heat, add in the ground beef. Cook for 6 to 8 minutes or until browned.
  • Add in the minced garlic and minced ginger. Cook for an additional minute.
  • Add in the dried white wine, white sugar, mirin and soy sauce. Stir well to mix. Lower the heat to low. Cook for 6 to 8 minutes or until reduced.
  • Prepare the ramen noodles according to the directions on the package.
  • Steam the broccoli in a steamer for 1 to 2 minutes or until soft. Transfer into the skillet with the cooked ramen. Toss well to mix.
  • Serve immediately with a garnish of sesame seeds.
