Grilled Tuna Steak with Avocado Cucumber Salad

The avocado, cucumbersalad goes quite well with the juicy tuna steak.
If you're hosting a barbecue party, you should make an avocado cucumber salad. The avocado will be soft when mixed with the cucumbers, so the salt will keep the salad from becoming overly juicy. You can add other ingredients, such as grilled chicken or shrimp. This salad is healthy, filling, and very family-friendly. The best part about this recipe is that it can be prepared up to 5 hours ahead of time.

Notes

If you're using a charcoal grill, spray the rack with non-stick oil. Cover and place the steak over medium coals. Remove the lid after two minutes and flip the steak.
