Vietnamese Papaya Salad

When in Vietnam, be sure to try the Vietnamese papaya salad. It is a popular street food in Ho Chi Minh City, where you can find it on street stalls. Be sure to taste the goi du, which is a green papaya stuffed with beef jerky. It adds a punch of intense flavor to the dish. While the salad can be eaten either way, it is best to make it the night before.
