Filled Mushrooms

Clean, chop mushroom stems, tomato, onion, bell pepper. Sauté mushroom, paprika, onion cubes in oil. Mix with diced tomato, parsley, and blue cheese. Fill mushroom caps, sprinkle parmesan. Wrap in foil, grill for 10 mins. Serve with baguette or salad. Enjoy!

  • Turn on the contact grill.
  • Clean the mushrooms with a cloth and unscrew the stems. Chop these up.
  • Dice the tomato, onion and bell pepper.
  • Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the mushroom cubes, paprika cubes and onion cubes.
  • Chop the parsley and mix with the tomato and add to the pan as well.
  • Dice the blue cheese and add to the vegetables in the pan.
  • Fill the mushrooms with the mixture on the pan and sprinkle with parmesan.
  • Wrap the mushrooms in aluminum foil and cook on the contact grill for 10 minutes. Goes well with a baguette or salad.
