Ingredients

  • 250 g ground beef
  • ½ onion chopped
  • 1 clove of garlic chopped
  • 100 g ketchup
  • 100 g cheddar
  • 25 g sugar brown
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 4 slices of toast
  • 1 tsp chili
  • 1 teaspoon tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • Salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  • Turn on the contact grill.
  • Rub the cheddar with a grater.
  • Put the oil in a pan and heat it, sauté the onions and garlic in it.
  • Add the minced meat and cook too.
  • Pour off the fat a little.
  • Add the ketchup, tomato paste, mustard, chili, sugar, salt and pepper.
  • Brush the toast slices with the butter, divide the minced meat between two slices of toast. Pour the cheddar on top and cover with the other slice of toast.
  • Place the toast slices in the contact grill until nice grill marks have formed and the cheddar has run off.
