  • 4 5-ounce fresh salmon steak
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons steak sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin ground
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup Ketchup
  • salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  • Season your salmon steak with salt and pepper to taste, set aside.
  • In a small mixing bowl, add ketchup, oil, paprika, Worcestershire sauce, lime juice, honey, steak, and cumin. Combine well.
  • Grill your salmon steak for several minutes on each side or until the grill marks form, and the fish is cooked through. Brush with barbecue sauce frequently.
  • Transfer your salmon steak to a serving platter.
  • Serve and Enjoy!
