  • In a pan heat butter over medium heat. Stir-fry garlic for about 3 minutes or until fragrant.
  • Add the wine, chicken stock, and chicken, cook and stir for about 15 minutes.
  • Add the broccoli, carrot, bay leaves and rosemary. Cook for an additional 10-minutes and stirring often. Remove the chicken stew from heat. Season your meal with salt and pepper.
  • Transfer the chicken stew into a serving dish.
  • Serve and Enjoy!
