  • Heat your peanut oil in a large wok or skillet over moderate heat. Stir-fry your garlic and shallots for about 3 minutes or until becoming fragrant.
  • Add in your chicken strips to the wok, and cook for about 5 minutes or until browned, stirring often.
  • Add in your bell peppers, oyster sauce, and chicken stock. Cook for mixture for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Add in the sesame oil, while gently stirring. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  • Add chicken stir-fry to a serving dish.
  • Serve and Enjoy!
