Notes

It is the Chinese who brought noodle dishes into the consciousness of
Filipinos. But when they got hint of how to cook the most appetizing pancit,
they did not stop with just one variety. Almost every province has their own
special pancit recipe. Marinduque could not be left behind. After all, the
island province, which is part of the MIMAROPA region, is proud to produce
the best miki noodles available in the country. With its texture and taste, you
barely have to do much to turn these noodles into a delicious meal, perfect for
all occasions.
