Notes
INGREDIENT TIP: Koreans loves sweet potatoes. They’re eaten as a snack and folded in many other dishes (like pizza). However, the sweet potatoes in Korea are different from the ones you usually find in the United States. They often have speckled purplish skin, have very light flesh (not orange), and are a bit sweeter and nuttier than American sweet potatoes.SUBSTITUTION TIP: For a vegetarian version, omit the bulgogi.
