Ingredients

  • 4 scallions, sliced lengthwise into super-fine strips
  • 2 teaspoons toasted sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons extra-fine sugar
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons gochugaru
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  • Soak the scallions in very cold water for 10 minutes so they have a good crunch. Drain well, patting them dry with paper towels if needed.
  • In a large bowl, combine the scallions with the sesame oil, sugar, vinegar, gochugaru, and salt.
  • Serve at room temperature or chilled.
