Notes

  • Freshness First: Opt for the freshest fish you can find – a combination of white fish and shellfish works wonders. Fresh ingredients are the foundation of a stellar fish broth. Ready to infuse your kitchen with coastal Thai aromas? Let's dive into the recipe!
  • Balancing Act: Achieving the perfect balance of flavors is key. The umami from fish, the zing from lime, and the heat from chilies should dance harmoniously in your broth. Taste and adjust as needed.
  • Garnish with Love: The garnishes play a crucial role. Fresh cilantro, Thai basil, and a drizzle of fish sauce just before serving elevate the dish to an authentic Thai experience.
