Notes

Customize Your Broth: The beauty of Khao Tom lies in its versatility. Experiment with different broths – chicken, vegetable, or even seafood – to create your perfect flavor profile. Don't be afraid to infuse your personal touch into this comforting bowl.
Play with Toppings: Elevate your Khao Tom experience by offering an array of toppings. From crispy fried shallots and fresh herbs to a drizzle of chili oil or a sprinkle of sesame seeds – the choice is yours. Let your creativity run wild!
Texture Magic: Adjust the consistency of your Khao Tom by adding more or less water depending on your preference. A thicker porridge is heartier, while a lighter one lets the flavors shine. Your taste, your rules.
