Notes

Balancing Flavors:
Ensure a harmonious balance of flavors by tasting and adjusting the seasoning as needed. The sauce should be a delightful blend of savory, sweet, and slightly spicy, with the aromatic basil shining through.
Crispy Skin Bliss:
Achieving the perfect crispy skin on the pork belly requires patience. Properly patting the skin dry before cooking and allowing it to sear undisturbed will yield that satisfying crunch.
