  • Beat the eggs, quarter cup water, lime juice, fish sauce and a large portion of the chili in an enormous container.
  • Heat two teaspoons of oil in a medium non-stick skillet over medium-high warmth.
  • Cook capsicum and mushrooms, mix, for five minutes or until brilliant and delicate.
  • Add the tomatoes.
  • Cook, mixing, for two minutes or until marginally softened.
  • Boil your green beans in water and then drain them.
  • Combine the mushroom blend, sprouts and beans in a bowl.
  • Warm one teaspoon of residual oil in skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Pour quarter of the egg blend into a dish.
  • Cook for thirty seconds or until just set.
  • Slide the omelet onto a plate.
  • Cover your egg to keep it warm.
  • Garnish by sprinkling with coriander and chili.
  • Your dish is ready to be served.
