  • Crush the white peppercorns until they turn into powdered form
  • At that point, add garlic and cilantro and pound until they are crushed
  • Add portion of this paste to your shrimps and blend well.
  • Sauté the shrimps in a dish with a drop of oil just until it is cooked through.
  • Deglaze the container with some stock and scratch any pieces of spice adhered to the base.
  • Remove from skillet.
  • Bring the stock to a bubble in a pot, add the other portion of the spice paste and stew briefly.
  • Season with fish sauce and soy sauce, at that point taste and add more if you prefer.
  • When prepared to serve, heat the stock to the point of boiling.
  • Add the rice and the shrimp into the stock.
  • Add the soup into a bowl.
  • Garnish it with cilantro leaves.
  • Your dish is ready to be served.
