Ingredients

  • 4 Cups Coffee, Strong and Freshly Brewed
  • 1 Stick Cinnamon, Broken into Small Pieces
  • 1⁄2 Cup Cream, Heavy Variety
  • Some Coffee Syrup, Your Favorite Kind

Instructions

  • Using a small sized saucepan pour your freshly brewed coffee over your broken up stick of cinnamon and allow to stand for at least 1 hour.
  • After this time remove your cinnamon sticks.
  • Stir in your cream and allow to chill completely.
  • Serve your drink in chilled glasses and serve with as much coffee syrup as you like and enjoy immediately.
