Cinnamon Fried Apples

Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons oil butter or coconut
  • 4 apples peeled, cored, and thinly sliced
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Instructions

  • In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter and swirl to coat the pan. Add the sliced apples, cinnamon, and lemon juice, and cook for 10 to 15 minutes, stirring and flipping apples every 3 minutes.
  • Refrigerate leftovers in a sealed container for up to 3 days.
