  • .Slice onion and radishes using a mandolin slicer.
  • Add sliced onion and radishes in a large mixing bowl and tossed with olive oil.
  • Transfer onion and radish slices to air fryer basket and cook at 360° f for 8 minutes. Shake basket twice.
  • Return onion and radish slices in a mixing bowl and toss with seasonings.
  • Again, cook onion, and radish slices in air fryer basket for 5 minutes at 400° f. Shake basket halfway through.

Notes

You can substitute red radishes with radish. The reason for this is that daikon is available in greater quantities and is lower in calories. You can also use other spices to add flavor to your hash browns.
